1. Production and Processing of Orders
Due to the custom nature of our products, production, processing and printing typically take between 4-5 business days for Custom Print cards, and 1-2 days for Generic Print cards. This may vary slightly during high-demand periods or promotional events.
2. Selection of Shipping Methods and Carriers
We select the most suitable carrier based on the customer's location to ensure reliable and efficient delivery. All shipping options will be displayed at checkout.
3. Shipping Locations
We ship to addresses within the US, CA, UK, UAE, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, Jordan & European Union.
4. Estimated Delivery Timeframe
The estimated delivery time frame ranges from 4-7 business days for international orders and 1-3 business days for orders within UAE.
5. Delivery and Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we'll send a confirmation email with a tracking number and instructions for package tracking. Please allow some time for the carrier to update the tracking information.
6. Handling of Damaged Packages
If you receive a damaged package, contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. We may ask for photo evidence of the damaged package and products for resolution.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
